This is one death made in chocolate heaven that you can experience over and over again. If you have a sweet tooth, make sure you head to Hill Station, one of the best restaurants in Baguio which character extends from the prompt and courteous service of the staff to its well-thought selection of mouthwatering dishes. The restaurant’s version of the homely Death by Chocolate Cake is just lovely! It is gooey and creamy, and the dark chocolate flavor is so rich it really bursts in your mouth.
This cake is best eaten with a cup of tea while the city is covered in fog and with a really interesting book that’s a steal from the nearby Mt. Cloud Bookshop. Hill Station is named as one of Asia’s Finest Restaurants for 2011/2012 by The Miele Guide and is housed in Casa Vallejo, one of Baguio’s oldest edifices now refurbished as a boutique hotel.
