If you’re tired of the usual American and Continental breakfasts that are served in hotels around this former American hill station, you may want to enjoy a hearty meal that reminds you of breakfasts spent by the beach. Yes, it’s possible to enjoy that in this mountain city.
While Filipino breakfast meals that come in the silog package can be had anywhere in this city, opt for Tradisyon’s dangsilog (dried fish, fried rice, and egg combo) which fried espada or beltfish is just unbelievably crispy yummy. This breakfast makes you wonder why you are having this meal in Baguio and not in one of the country’s laidback beaches.
Tradisyon, a restaurant that carries Filipino and fusion dishes, is Azalea Residences’ signature restaurant and can be found near Teachers’ Camp main gate.
